You send samples?
- Yes, we are confident in the outstanding quality of our products, so we send probes to free our clients from doubt. Please note that free delivery sample is performed only on the territory of China. For imports, we have to follow restrictions, export is a minimum order, which amounts to 100 grams of any of our products.
As the products are packed for shipment?
- All products are hermetically packaged in plastic bags. For example, parcel is certified as a powder for polishing or absorbent polymer. Our shipping department is always working on a safe method for registration of parcel. Different countries apply different requirements for registration of parcel.
You can break my order into smaller quantities?

What is your cost of delivery?
- Depends on the destination country and on your choice of carrier. Delivery charge of 500 grams is included in the price of the reservation.
